1. The Difference Between Praise And Feedback

I agreed with Dweck's view but I kind of thought that Kohn's thoughts were a bunch of hogwash. If I take out the trash, and my mom says "Thanks for being a good girl and taking out the trash," I wouldn't think that my mom will only love me if I take out the trash. I feel like if your child jumps to that conclusion or even close to that conclusion after hearing that statement, there has to be greater problems with your parenting than your praise. 

2. How to Give Feedback Without Sounding Like a Jerk
I liked this article a lot. I've recently started to train people at my job, and it's been really difficult to figure out how to give them feedback without being mean, and also being encouraging. I also feel like this application would be fairly straightforward to do. I hope it helps!
