Thoughts about Class Assignments

Overall, I'm most excited about reading various Indian epics - I'm Indian myself, but I don't really know most of the traditional stories [if any]. Most Indian [if not all] epics are intertwined with Hinduism, and since my religious background isn't Hinduism, I'm excited to learn about these stories. These stories will all be brand new to me. 

I'm more nervous about rewriting these stories. I'm not a huge fan of writing, but I've never written stories, so I'm hoping that this will be different. I may end up really enjoying it. 

It will also be interesting to see how everyone's stories are different in this class, even when they are based on the same readings.
